You are NOT permitted to run any Raffle/Tombola/Prize Draw or similar.
If you are a TRADER (regardless of business size) and you were not present at the last event your booking will be reviewed within 7 days. Your attendance is not guaranteed until this is complete.
Each Pitch is 3m x 2.5m as a minimum. The maximum will be 4m x 3m
Build your own pitch size, simply add more pitches to suit your needs.
THERE IS ONE 6ft X 2ft TABLE PROVIDED IN THE PITCH PRICE.
IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL TABLES YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK AN ADDITIONAL TABLE- MAXIMUM 1 EXTRA TABLE PER PITCH
Please bring your own chairs.
Price ALSO includes admission for 2 people.
Every pitch is under cover and is well lit, There is 240v electricity on site- You will need your own extension leads etc.
**Please be aware that there is NO Scope for spreading your stall outside of the allocated pitch. If you need a bigger space you must book multiple pitches.
IF you need Height for Gazebo, Signage etc please contact us as soon as practicable to discuss. As most of this venue is LOW ROOF
Please note Seller Tickets are NOT automatically entered into our Raffle.
Earliest Entry time to setup is 0745hrs, We will confirm the arrangements prior to the event by email. Please expect this email apx 2-7 Days before the event.
